We are currently seeking a Director of Quality to oversee the organization's quality system and improvement efforts, such as developing, implementing and administrating the program, training and coaching employees and facilitating needed changes in the organization. Responsible for establishing policies and procedures at all levels to ensure quality improvement efforts will meet or exceed internal and external customer needs and expectations. Ensures the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the Company. Responsible for dealing with customers and suppliers on quality.

Skills/Qualifications:

- 5 – 7 years quality assurance management experience with strong technical skills

- Need to demonstrate the capability to develop a good technical understanding of our process and competencies

- Strong technical orientations, able to read blue prints, understand complex specifications and customers’ products and processes, metal forming preferred

- Prior experience in medical, aerospace, battery, military markets preferred

- Expert with ISO, Lean and contemporary quality requirements and metrology

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Minimum undergraduate technical degree

National Manufacturing Co., Inc. is currently seeking an Engineer Designer with the following experiences.  

- Posses a mechanical engineering degree at a minimum, Master’s degree a plus

- Metallurgical education and experience

- Ten years of sophisticated tool design and troubleshooting experience in metal forming business with various tool materials and manufacturing processes

- Experience with secondary processes such as welding, surface treatments, component assembly , robotics desired. 

- Thorough knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic presses, hydro forming, spinning, EDM, CNC machining, metrology

- Worked directly with customers in concurrent engineering, product conceptualization and design  

- Thorough knowledge of ISO, 3-D Design and solids modeling, FMEA, PPAP processing.

- Excellent communication skills, team spirit, creativity; enjoy managing design projects through to completion
