We have a dedicated medical facility with cellular manufacturing, and in-process SPC with visual trend analysis that ensures highly reliable processes. Personnel with program/ project management skills ensure the project stays in focus and on target. Additionally, lot traceability, record retention and document control, Kanban/VMI programs that are critical to our medical customers are all too familiar at National.
